RBLM

The Results-Based Leadership Method (RBLM) was designed to help leaders of large child, youth, and family service organizations bring innovation into their agencies and to capitalize on their unique leadership position within their communities. RBLM helps these agency leaders improve customer relationships, increase funding, and improve long-term outcomes.

RBLM is a individualized, step-by-step process divided into three distinct stages. In stage one, RBLM helps leaders assess their current situation and create a vision for the future. Working together with an Evidence-Based Associates facilitator in stage two, agency and community leaders develop strategies and a "Results-Based Leadership Plan." In the third stage, the focus shifts to building a "Results-Based Leadership Team" to implement that plan.

  A sophisticated system of expertise, resources, and capabilities to effectively implement your plan.

  Ongoing review sessions to review progress, identify new opportunities, and maintain or accelerate your progress.
