Industry Leadership

Evidence-Based Associates strives to provide leadership in the field of effective intervention programs for children, youth and families. Our team is committed to being actively involved in the field through a variety of ways, such as speaking and panel engagements, public policy and national conferences. We realize that in order to be an advocate one must stand for a purpose and everyone at Evidence-Based Associates is dedicated to ensuring a movement in the field that will better the lives of children, youth and their families.

Evidence-Based Associates' principals were integrally involved in the creation and planning of the first Blueprints Conference in Denver, Colorado. Evidence-Based Associates has continued to work with the Blueprints Conference organizers as a sponsor and supporter of this conference.

The goals of the Blueprints Conference are:
  • to disseminate science-based information about youth violence, delinquency, and drug prevention programs that are effective;
  • to motivate the prevention field to adopt evidence-based programs;
  • to provide support, guidance, and tools by program experts to help practitioners implement these programs successfully in their own communities.
The Blueprints Conference is a first-class conference that offers continuing education and networking opportunities for model and promising evidence-based prevention and intervention programs for youth and their families. Evidence-Based Associates is honored to be a part of this event and we hope you will plan on attending the 2010 conference in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to our sponsorship of the conference, our involvement will include the participation of Evidence-Based Associate consultant, Clay Yeager, in the opening panel, "Blueprints: A 10-Year Retrospective and Look to the Future," and a workshop focusing on the work and progress of the Redirection project.
